Elevate classic Mexican tacos by simply marinating your favorite fish or meat in our Tomatillo and Jalapeño savory jam!
Serving Size: 4-5 tacos
1 lb haddock fillets
4-5 flour tortillas
7 cherry tomatoes
4 oz sweetcorn
1 avocado, diced
4 Tbsp Mexican cotija or feta cheese
3 Tbsp sour cream
Dash of lime juice

Spread Blake Hill’s Tomatillo & Jalapeno Savory Jam over fish and marinate 10 minutes or overnight
Heat skillet on medium-high, add dash of olive oil, and grill fish on both sides until golden
Cook tortillas on both sides in clean skillet until golden
Make salad by mixing tomatoes, veggies and cheese
Make "crema" by mixing sour cream and lime juice
Assemble tacos, placing tortilla on plate, top with spicy marinated fish, 2 Tbsp tomato salad, 1 tsp crema and 1-2 tsp Tomatillo & Jalapeno Jam
Garnish with fresh cilantro ~ and Enjoy!
