In a cocktail shaker, add pineapple juice, ½ ounce each of Blake Hill’s Fresh Ginger Shrub and Rhubarb and Honey Syrup, and ice - shake well for 20 seconds
Transfer contents into a tall glass and fill with club soda to rim
Garnish with a dried pineapple wheel, mint leaves and serve. Cheers!
