Spicy Tomatillo Taco Pizza with Cabot Clothbound
Just like an oversized taco! We adapted ingredients used in this Mexican dish and turned it into a delicious pizza.
Serving Size: 12 inch pizza
1 pre-made pizza dough
1 large heirloom tomato, thinly sliced
1 cup cooked black beans

Blake Hill’s Tomatillo & Jalapeño Savory Jam
Preheat oven to 450°F and hold at this temperature for 30 - 40 minutes. If a pizza stone is available, place on the middle rack and heat with the oven
Stretch the pizza dough to approximately 12” on a floured surface
Spread 3-4 Tbsp Blake Hill’s Tomatillo & Jalapeño Savory Jam on your dough
Add sliced tomatoes and black beans, then sprinkle scallions and desired amount of cheese on top
Crack each egg over the cheese, with eggs spaced 2 inches apart
Bake pizza for 15-18 minutes on the middle rack, or stone, of your oven, then slice and Enjoy!
