Wild Mint - Wild organic mint growing in meadows surrounding Blake Hill, we perform a hot, and then a long cold, infusion with apple cider vinegar to capture the fresh, fragrant, herbal essence of this favorite botanical. Finishing with a dash of cane sugar for a touch of natural sweetness, this is a wonderful Shrub that preserves the essence of Vermont wild mint for you to enjoy year round wherever you may live.

Spicy Jalapeno - Fresh organic jalapeno chilis from Honey Field Farm, we perform two hot infusions, and then a long cold infusion, with apple cider vinegar to capture the uniquely fresh jalapeno chili heat and flavor. Finishing with cane sugar for a little natural sweetness and our own unique spice blend, this is a super complex Shrub perfect for a spicy Margarita cocktail, and a phenomenal glaze for fish or chicken.

Rhubarb & Honey - Featuring heritage variety rhubarb from our own gardens at Blake Hill and Honey Field Farm. We perform a hot, and then a long cold, infusion with apple cider vinegar to capture rhubarb's deliciously tart, fruity character, and then perfectly pair with pure raw honey for a hint of sweetness and a beautiful honey aroma finish.

Ginger & Turmeric - Featuring fresh ginger and turmeric roots, we hot and then cold-infuse with apple cider vinegar to capture the uniquely hot and spicy flavor of these special rhizomes. Finishing with a touch of cane sugar for a little natural sweetness, this is a bold, bright Shrub perfect for creating stunning craft cocktails! It is also delicious drizzled over chocolate ice cream, or pour over halved pears and bake.
