Marmalade Master Class
We are super excited about Marmalade Season this year, and we will be offering a marmalade class on Saturday, March 17. We have been very busy creating new marmalade varieties at Blake Hill, and we’re eager to show how we make our marmalades and marmalade infusions. We have quantities of delicious, fresh citrus arriving each week, and we will be using either Meyer Lemons or Seville Oranges.
Cooking Classes at Blake Hill Preserves offer hands-on classes in the art of fine preserve making by one of the nation’s leading artisans. Each class makes a special variety preserve, marmalade or chutney using the finest seasonal produce and includes preparation, cooking, “setting” and safe canning practices. Take home a complimentary recipe sheet, a jar of the variety we make together in class, and enjoy 15% off all purchases on day of class in our Specialty Preserves Shop!
