One of the country's leading artisan preserve and marmalade makers, Blake Hill is a third generation English fruit preservatory in Vermont.
Inspired by childhood memories foraging hedgerow fruit along English country lanes to create fresh homemade jam, Vicky and Joe launched Blake Hill Preserves after discovering an abundance of wild berries on their old Vermont farming property and making jams that quickly sold out at their local village store.
Within just a few years, Blake Hill became the first US producer to win gold at The World Marmalade Awards, and in the last three years has been awarded five Gold Medals, six US Good Food Awards, and a SOFI.
