Blake Hill's brand new award-winning Botanical Jam Collection has won both the 2019's US Good Food Awards for our Wild Bergamot Flower infused Raspberry Jam and now the 2019's SOFI Best New Product for our Wild Rose infused Strawberry Jam!
The newest addition to the collection is a small batch Wild Sumac infused Blackberry harvested from small family farms and hand foraged from the country side around Blake Hill in Grafton, Vermont. This preserve is citrusy, lightly spiced with exoctic wild sumac fruit infused with juicy late summer blackberries. A perfect pairing with pastries, hearty for baking, and delicious with a taleggio cheese.
