This cocktail collaboration with Runamok Maple has truly become the apple of our eye! Runamok’s unique aromatic bitters are the perfect complement to our Heirloom Apple and a full body whisky. The simplest recipe to make for one or a pitcher for all to enjoy!

2 ounces rye whiskey

¼ ounces ginger liqueur

2 dashes Runamok Aromatic Bitters

2 tsp Blake Hill’s Heirloom Apple

Instructions

Combine whiskey, ginger liqueur, jam and bitters in a shaker with ice.

Shake well to break down the jam.

Strain contents into a short glass over fresh ice.
