REFUND POLICY
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take images of the packaging (both inside and outside of the shipping box), the product and its batch code - a seven digit code (010101-1) which is typically located on the left hand side of the jar or can be found on the bottom of the jar.
