Serving Size: 1 cake
10 ounces all-purpose flour
10 ½ ounces cane sugar
4 free-range eggs
4 ounces unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 tsp baking soda
Blake Hill’s Seville Orange Marmalade
Preheat oven to 325°F, grease a medium size cake pan and line with parchment paper
In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, add eggs one at a time continuing to mix well. Gradually add flour, pinch of salt, and ⅓ jar Blake Hill’s Seville Orange Marmalade
Pour cake mix into cake pan and bake 50-60 minutes until golden
Let cake cool, glaze with ⅓ jar Seville Orange Marmalade, slice and Enjoy!
