Mint & Cilantro Chimichurri

Featuring the dynamic duo of our Fresh Mint Jelly and fragrant cilantro, it’s a quick and easy way to elevate your favorite proteins and veggies. We love serving it over juicy lamb chops and crispy roastie potatoes for a show-stopping meal!

3-4 cloves garlic

½ cup fresh parsley

½ cup cilantro

⅓ cup olive oil

salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

In a food processor or blender, pulse the garlic until finely chopped.

Add in the parsley and cilantro, pulsing until everything is evenly combined. Give it a quick stir to make sure no herbs are left behind.

Drizzle in 2-3 tbsp of Fresh Mint Jelly, olive oil, and season with a pinch of salt & pepper. Pulse a few times until you reach your desired consistency. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Transfer to a bowl and get ready to wow your taste buds. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. Enjoy!
