Paired with fresh lime, a drizzle of Barr Hill’s Raw Vermont Honey. and bubbly club soda or the citrusy notes of tonic water, this jam makes a rejuvenating mocktail that will stimulate and energize your palate.

Blake Hill’s Gooseberry with Elderflower
Barr Hill’s Raw Honey
fresh lime
tonic water or club soda
garnish - dried lime
Instructions

Fill shaker with ice then a heaping scoop of jam.

Juice ½ of a fresh lime into shaker.

Shake well to break down the jam.

Strain into a glass over fresh ice.

Top with seltzer or tonic.

Finish with a drizzle of honey on top, garnish with dried lime and Cheers!
