Instructions

Fill shaker with ice and add a heaping scoop of jam, a generous drizzle of honey, and chilled tea.

For a foamy top add ½ egg white or 1oz aquafaba or pineapple juice.

Shake well to combine and chill ingredients.

Strain into a martini glass.
