Fig, Pear & Honey Mini Tarts with Blue Cheese
A delicious new way to pair your favorite cheese with jam - a delicious sweet / savory treat and so easy to make!
Serving Size: 6 mini tarts
6 mini tart shells
Blue cheese (we used Jasper Hill’s Bayley Hazen)
Blake Hill’s Caramelized Fig, Pear and Honey Jam
Preheat the oven to 400°F
With a fork, gently make small holes in the bottom of the tart shells and then bake for 10-12 minutes
Remove tart shells from the oven and add Blake Hill’s Caramelized Fig, Pear & Honey Jam until tart is ¾ full
Top with crumbled blue cheese
Place tart back in the warm, but turned-off, oven until cheese starts to melt (around 1 minute)
Serve with a little micro green salad and Enjoy!
