Preheat oven to 350°F
Cut the phyllo dough into 4” squares
Grease a mini muffin or cupcake tray and gently press two phyllo dough squares into each cavity, shaping into a mini cup
Pre-bake phyllo dough cups for 5 minutes then remove tray from oven
Into each cup add 2 large pieces of Oma cheese followed by 1 tsp Blake Hill’s Apricot with Orange & Honey Jam
Place the tray back in the oven for 1 minute, remove, serve and Enjoy!
