Oma Amuse Bouche with Apricot, Orange & Honey

A super simple to make cheese and jam pairing that is both delicious and creative to add to any traditional cheese plate!

Serving Size: 12 to 24 amuse bouches

1-2 phyllo dough sheets

½ cup Oma cheese by Jasper Hill, cut into small pieces

Blake Hill’s Apricot with Orange & Honey Jam

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F

Cut the phyllo dough into 4” squares

Grease a mini muffin or cupcake tray and gently press two phyllo dough squares into each cavity, shaping into a mini cup

Pre-bake phyllo dough cups for 5 minutes then remove tray from oven

Into each cup add 2 large pieces of Oma cheese followed by 1 tsp Blake Hill’s Apricot with Orange & Honey Jam

Place the tray back in the oven for 1 minute, remove, serve and Enjoy!
