These cute little cheese and jam wontons are perfect additions to a classic cheese pairing board as a new way to showcase a favorite cheddar cheese, as well as make wonderful party bites or amuse bouche!
Serving Size: 15 Wontons
15 wonton wrappers
½ cup Cabot Clothbound Cheddar by Jasper Hill, cut into small pieces
Blake Hill’s Orange with 10-yr Single Malt Whisky Marmalade
Preheat oven to 350°F
Grease a mini muffin or cupcake tray and gently press one wonton wrapper into each cavity, shaping into a mini cup
Pre-bake wonton cups for 5 minutes and remove tray from oven
Add crumbled Cabot Clothbound in each cup followed by 1 tsp Blake Hill’s Orange with 10-yr Single Malt Marmalade
Place the tray back in the oven for 1 minute for cheese to melt, remove, serve and Enjoy!
