Grilled Peaches with Habanero Honey Glaze

A sweet and spicy summertime dessert - a favorite at Blake Hill cookouts!

Serving Size: 6 servings

Blake Hill Mango Pineapple Habanero Spicy Chili Jam

6 peaches, pitted and halved

Juice of 1 large lemon

Honey

Vanilla ice cream

Pecans, chopped

Instructions

Oil the grill and heat to 400°F.

In a small bowl, whisk 3 spoonfuls of jam (or more if you like it spicy) with lemon juice, then set aside.

Place peach halves on the grill, pit-side down, and grill for 4-5 minutes. Repeat on other side.

Place grilled peaches on serving plate or bowl and pour mango habanero lemon sauce over the top.

Drizzle peaches with honey, serve with vanilla ice cream and chopped pecans and Enjoy!
