Crafted with our friends at SILO Distillery, this three-ingredient margarita is almost too easy to enjoy! We used SILO’s Cucumber vodka as the ideal complement to Jalapeño and Lime Spicy Chili Jam - our medium heat jam made with organic chili peppers and cucumbers from Honey Field Farm in Norwich, VT.

2 ounces SILO Cucumber vodka

1 ounce lime juice

1 lime, for garnish

1 generous spoonful of Blake Hill Jalapeño & Lime Spicy Chili Jam

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well to chill and break down the jam

Strain shaken ingredients into a margarita glass and garnish with fresh lime. Cheers!
