Instructions

Cut some of the cheddar block into smaller triangles then place remaining block of and triangles on board.

Place jam jar or small jam bowl on board. Spoon jam into bowl, if needed.

Place a smaller bowl on board and fill with arugula. Dress arugula with jam, olive oil and cheddar shavings.
