Made with Jersey cow’s raw milk and aged a minimum of three months, Pawlet’s mildly sweet taste is similar to an Italian-style Toma - creamy & nutty on the palate with bright grassy notes expressive of its terroir. Pawlet and our Rhubarb Botanical Jam can be enjoyed savory or sweet, but we went sweeter with this mini jam board!
