Savory Pairing of Pawlet with Rhubarb, Dandelion & Honey Cheese Board
It's special for us when we get to craft cheese boards in partnership with Vermont cheesemakers! We are thrilled to feature Consider Bardwell Farm’s Pawlet - made with Jersey cow’s raw milk and aged a minimum of three months. Its mildly sweet taste is similar to an Italian-style Toma - creamy & nutty on the palate with bright grassy notes expressive of its terroir. The flavor of this unique cheese is further elevated by our Rhubarb with Dandelion & Honey Jam.

Fresh rosemary (for aroma)
Blake Hill’s Rhubarb with Dandelion & Honey Jam
Cut cheese into desired shape and size
Place cheese and jam bowl on board
Place bread, crackers, green olives, hazelnuts and tomatoes on board
Spoon Blake Hill's Rhubarb with Dandelion & Honey Jam into bowl
