'Spicy Mama' Cocktail
She’s sweet then spicy in this twist on a classic margarita created by the amazing bartender at Burdick’s Restaurant. Bringing together a jalapeño infused tequila with our Spicy Jalapeño infused Shrub creates a flawless harmony of acidity, spice and a touch of sweetness. Pro Tip: scale ingredients to pre-make a pitcher of these for your next fiesta!
Serving Size: 1 cocktail
1 ounce Blake Hill Spicy Jalapeño Shrub
1.5 ounces Jalapeño Infused Hornito's Tequila
.5 ounces Cointreau
.5 ounces Lime Juice
1.5 ounces Pineapple Juice
Rub lime juice on rim of glass, then dip rim in salt.
Fill shaker with ice and pour in shrub, tequila, Cointreau, and lime juice.
Shake well to combine and chill.
Strain into a hurricane glass over ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel and Cheers!
