Serving Size: 1 cocktail
1 oz Campari
.5 oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
1 oz Dolin Blanc
2 oz Reposado Tequila
1 oz Blake Hill's Spicy Jalapeno Shrub
Pick the perfect glass, ideally one with a face
Take a lime and rub along the top edge of the glass; dip edges into tajin spice (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well to chill - really well!
Take cubed ice in a cloth napkin and use hammer to crush ice
Add crushed ice to glass and strain liquid over ice
OPTIONAL: Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel. Cheers!
