"Knock Cognac Knock" Shrub Cocktail
Crafted by the Mixologists at Wolf Tree, a cocktail mecca in White River Junction, Vermont. This Ginger & Turmeric Shrub cocktail is the perfect way to kick-off a weekend - have 2, you deserve it!
Serving Size: 1 glorious cocktail
2 oz Hennessey or preferred Cognac
1.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Blake Hill's Ginger & Turmeric Shrub
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well to chill

Add crushed ice to collins glass

Pour contents of shaker over ice

Optional: Garnish with pineapple fronds and pineapple wedge. Cheers!
