Crafted by the Mixologists at Wolf Tree, a cocktail mecca in White River Junction, Vermont. This Rhubarb & Honey Shrub cocktail is an end-of-day relaxing potion.
Serving Size: 1 cocktail
1.5 oz Low Pete Scotch
1 oz Lemon Juice
Splash of Sparkling Wine to finish
1 oz Blake Hill's Rhubarb & Honey Shrub
Instructions

Combine scotch, lemon juice and shrub in a shaker with ice and shake well to chill

Pour into champagne flute

Top with sparkling wine
