Serving Size: 1 cocktail
2 oz Unaged Gin
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Splash of Soda Water to finish
1 oz Blake Hill Basil & Blueberry Shrub
Instructions

Combine gin, lemon juice and shrub in a shaker with ice and shake well to chill

Pour contents of shaker into collins glass

Top with ice

Add soda water to finish

Optional: Garnish with lemon peel and endless blueberries. Enjoy!
