"The Forager" Shrub Cocktail
Crafted by the Mixologists at Wolf Tree, a cocktail mecca in White River Junction, Vermont. This Wild Mint Shrub cocktail combines two Vermont favorites into one earthy delight.
Serving Size: 1 cocktail
2 oz Tom Cat Gin
1.5 oz Lemon Juice
Splash of Soda Water to finish
1 oz Blake Hill's Wild Mint Shrub
Instructions

Combine gin, lemon juice and shrub in a shaker with ice and shake well to chill

Add ice to collins glass

Pour contents of shaker into collins glass

Add soda water to finish

Optional: Garnish with fresh blackberry and mint bouquet. Cheers!
