Caramelized Fig & Cypress Grove Cheese Board
We paired our Caramelized Fig with Pear & Honey Jam alongside Cypress Grove’s Humboldt Fog and Little Giant for a dreamy cheese board. The Humboldt Fog is a handcrafted soft-ripened goat milk cheese with a ribbon of edible vegetable ash, fresh cream taste, floral notes and citrus finish. The Little Giant a is smooth, buttery, delicate, fudgy goat cheese. Both are a perfect match for our Classic Fig Jam blended with orange, pears, honey and toasted caraway seeds.

Instructions

Place Little Giant on an oven safe dish, top with jam and bake in oven for 10 minutes on 350 F

Cut Humboldt Fog into desired shape and size

Slice bread into small portions

Place Humboldt Fog and jam bowl on board

Remove Little Giant from oven, place on board and top with walnuts pieces

Place bread, crisps, prosciutto, grapes and golden raspberries on board

Spoon Blake Hill's Caramelized Fig with Pear & Honey Jam into jam bowl
