Combine pear juice and shrub in a shaker with ice and shake well to chill

Pour contents of shaker into a glass

Add club soda to finish

Optional: Garnish with a cinnamon stick and crystalized ginger

No Shaker? Grab a mason jar, combine ingredients in mason jar, cap and shake on your way out the door ~ Cheers!
