Blake Hill Mango Pineapple Habanero Chili Jam

tiny shrimp

greek yogurt (we used Cabot)

salt & pepper to taste

red onion, diced

red bell pepper, diced

pineapple, diced

parsley

endive

Instructions

Carefully peel away endive layers and line them up on a plate.

Mix together the remaining ingredients including a heaping spoonful of Mango Pineapple Habanero Chili Jam in a large mixing bowl.

Fill each endive layer with a large spoonful of shrimp salad, serve immediately and Enjoy!
