Carefully peel away endive layers and line them up on a plate.

Mix together the remaining ingredients including a heaping spoonful of Mango Habanero Chili Jam in a large mixing bowl.

Fill each endive layer with a large spoonful of shrimp salad, serve immediately and Enjoy!
