
Roast Parsnips with Orange Marmalade Glaze
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a sheet tray with aluminum foil

Wash and cut the parsnips lengthwise
3
Place parsnips skin side up on the foil-lined tray, drizzle olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper
4
Bake for 25-30 minutes then remove from oven, brush parsnips with Blake Hill’s Marmalade, then bake an additional 5 minutes
5
Serve while hot and Enjoy!
