Roast Parsnips with Orange Marmalade Glaze
We LOVE roasted parsnips, and pairing their sweet earthiness with the rich caramelized taste of our Classic Orange marmalade when baked is divine!
Serving Size: Serves 3
4 large parsnips
Olive oil, to drizzle
Parsley, chopped (optional)
Blake Hill’s Classic Orange or Seville Orange Marmalade
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a sheet tray with aluminum foil

Wash and cut the parsnips lengthwise

Place parsnips skin side up on the foil-lined tray, drizzle olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper

Bake for 25-30 minutes then remove from oven, brush parsnips with Blake Hill’s Marmalade, then bake an additional 5 minutes

Serve while hot and Enjoy!
