A delicious hummus rich in savory flavor, wonderfully moist and very easy to make - perfect for dipping crunchy fresh vegetables and pita bread!
Serving Size: Serves 6 - 8
16 ounces chickpeas (canned or cooked)
¼ cup lemon juice
1 Tbsp tahini
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 sprigs of fresh parsley, chopped
Blake Hill’s Roasted Garlic Savory Jam
In food processor bowl, add tahini, 1 Tbsp Blake Hill’s Roasted Garlic Jam, lemon juice and blend 1 minute
Add olive oil, salt to taste, and process for further 30 seconds
Rinse chickpeas and add to the bowl, processing a further 2-3 minutes until smooth
Adjust hummus thickness by adding water, 1 Tbsp at a time, until reaching desired consistency
Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, 1 tsp Roasted Garlic Jam and chopped fresh parsley
Serve with baby carrots, sliced green bell peppers, radishes and pita bread ~ and Enjoy!
