In bowl of a food processor, add tahini, 1 Tbsp Blake Hill’s Roasted Garlic Jam, lemon juice and blend for 1 minute
Add olive oil, salt to taste, and process for further 30 seconds
Rinse chickpeas and add to the bowl, processing a further 2-3 minutes until smooth
Adjust hummus smoothness by adding water, one tablespoon at a time, until reaching desired consistency
Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, 1 tsp Roasted Garlic Jam and parsley
Serve with baby carrots, sliced green bell peppers, radishes and/or pita bread and Enjoy!
