We took one of our favorite pairings and made it into one of our favorite foods - flatbread! The kind of easy, cozy dish that feels fancy without trying.
Blake Hill Spiced Plum with Port Jam

pancetta
sea salt + black pepper
baby arugula
spicy maple syrup
premade artisan flatbread

Preheat oven to 425˚F and line a baking sheet with foil. Place pancetta on foil and cook for about 5 minutes for slightly cooked pancetta or 10 minutes for crispy pancetta.

Evenly spread Spiced Plum jam on your favorite premade artisan flatbread. Then sprinkle salt and pepper to taste over jam. Next place pancetta and blue cheese evenly on top of the jam. Cook in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Add arugula, drizzle spicy maple syrup, cut into slices, and Enjoy!
