Spring B&B Cocktail

The freshness of this shrub-inspired cocktail, by the talented mixologist at Burdick’s Restaurant, is a super unique pairing. An aperitif along with a bitter liquor is softened and elevated with our earthy Rhubarb and Honey Shrub base providing the perfect bittersweet cocktail to sip on before the main course. 

Serving Size: 1 Cocktail

.5 ounces Blake Hill’s Rhubarb Honey Shrub

1 ounce Lillet Blanc

1 ounce Amaro Nonino

.25 ounces Lemon Juice

Prosecco

1 lemon

Instructions

Fill Shaker with ice and pour in shrub, Lillet Blanc, Amaro Nonino, and lemon juice.

Shake well to combine and chill.

Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Top with Prosecco, garnish with a lemon peel and Cheers!
