Apricot, Orange & Honey with Oma
Casual fare with elevated character, this rustic cheese board features simple yet polished ingredients with timeless flavor. We pair our sweet and luxurious Apricot with Orange & Honey jam with Jasper Hill’s buttery Oma. To round out the board’s taste profile, we added classically flavored salami, beets, simple flatbread, and sweetly dressed greens.

The Miller’s Daughter sourdough flatbread

¼ cup olive oil
sea salt
Instructions

Cut cheese into desired shapes and sizes and place on board.

Set jam jar or small jam bowl on board. Spoon jam into bowl, if needed.

Thinly slice salami.

Slice flatbread into narrow wedges.

Add cubed beets to small side bowl.

To create dressing, combine olive oil, a heaping tablespoon of jam and a dash of salt in a jar with a lid. Close and seal lid before shaking jar well. Dress greens right before serving or leave dressing on the side.
