Cast Iron Naked Peach Glazed Chicken

Delicious served with steamed rice, vegetables, roasted potatoes or a side of your choice! 

Serving Size: Serves 2

2 Chicken breasts

¼ cup olive oil

2 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar

7 sprigs fresh thyme

Chopped parsley (optional)

Blake Hill’s Naked Peach Jam



Preheat oven to 350˚F


In a medium bowl, marinate chicken in olive oil, thyme, and pinch of salt and pepper to taste for about 30 minutes


Preheat a cast iron pan on high heat then add marinated chicken breast and cook each side for about 5 minutes until golden


Transfer cast iron into the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165˚F


In a small bowl, combine white balsamic with 3 Tbsp Blake Hill’s Naked Peach Jam. Keeping chicken in the oven, pour over the jam mixture, turn oven off, and let chicken rest for an additional 5 minutes


Take chicken out of the oven, slice, serve and Enjoy!
