Crystallized ginger
Microgreens (we used Grateful Greens Sunflower Greens)
Honey (we used Republic of Vermont honey)
Himalayan sea salt
Cracked black pepper

Instructions

Keep cheese as a log or crumble into a small bowl and top with drizzled honey and cracked pepper

Place cheese and jam bowl on board

Place ginger biscuits, blackberries, clementines, peach slices, hazelnuts and salt on board

Spoon Blake Hill's Gooseberry with Elderflower into jam bowl or use a mini jar
