Artisan doughnuts, a healthier treat with King Arthur’s Gluten Free Mix and our Vermont maple syrup and apple glaze!

1 box King Arthur’s Gluten Free Doughnut Mix

4 Tbsp unsalted butter at room temperature

2 Tbsp vegetable oil

2 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

½ cup confectioner’s sugar (optional)

Preheat the oven to 375°F

Follow instructions on King Arthur’s Gluten Free Doughnut Mix box to make the doughnuts

FOR A TRADITIONAL GLAZE: In a small bowl, combine confectioner’s sugar, 2 Tbsp water and 2 Tbsp Blake Hill’s Heirloom Apple with Maple Syrup Jam

FOR A SUPER-SIMPLE JAM GLAZE: In a small bowl, add ½ cup Heirloom Apple with Maple Syrup Butter and still to soften

Dip the top of each doughnut into your preferred glaze then place on a rack to allow excess glaze to drip ~ Enjoy!
