Gluten-Free Strawberry Rhubarb Maple Pancakes
Perhaps our favorite Sunday breakfast treat - its decadent look belies its ease of creation!
Serving Size: 16 four-inch pancakes
1 box King Arthur’s Gluten Free Pancake Mix
2 large eggs
6 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cups whole milk
1 Tbsp whipped cream
Maple syrup (we used Runamok Maple’s Jasmine Tea Infused Maple Syrup)
Blake Hill’s Strawberry with Vanilla Jam
Follow instructions on King Arthur Flour’s Gluten Free Pancake Mix box to make the pancakes
Place a pancake on your plate then generously spread with Blake Hill’s Strawberry with Vanilla Jam
Place another pancake on top of the first pancake’s Jam and keep spreading and stacking, just like a cake!
Drizzle the desired amount of maple syrup on top and finish with a dollop of whipped cream
Serve immediately and Enjoy!
