Rice Pudding with Naked Peach

Rice Pudding with Naked Peach

Rice pudding is a traditional dessert enjoyed around the world. We like adding Naked Peach to this dish for natural fruit flavor.

Serving Size: 4 - 6 servings

2 ½ cups whole milk

1 ½ cups cooked white or brown rice

⅓ cup Vermont golden maple syrup

½ tsp ground cinnamon

Blake Hill Naked Peach Spread

Instructions

1

Pour milk and cooked rice into a saucepan, bring to a boil, and simmer on medium-low heat.

2

Add maple syrup, 1 Tbsp of Blake Hill Naked Peach Spread, and cinnamon (sprinkle slowly). Continuously stir ingredients for even dispersement.

3

Simmer for approximately 10 minutes, uncovered, until pudding reduces by half. Taste to see if more jam, maple syrup, or cinnamon is needed. Adjust ingredients and cook as necessary to ensure the pudding holds its thick consistency.

4

Serve rice pudding in a bowl, add 1-2 Tbsp of Naked Peach Spread, swirl, and Enjoy!
