1 sheet refrigerated puff pastry
1 wheel Harbison cheese by Jasper Hill, sliced
Blake Hill’s Raspberry Mostarda
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F

Cut the puff pastry into eight 4” squares and place them on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper

Place Harbison slices onto each pastry square and top with 1 tsp Blake Hill’s Raspberry Mostarda

Bake pastries for 10-12 minutes, serve when cool and Enjoy!
