Savory Onion & Alpha Tolman Fondue Board
Bountiful, hearty, and flavorful, this board features our Savory Onion Confit and Jasper Hill Farm’s Alpha Tolman - a winning combination of caramelized, wholesome flavors in one bread bowl. This fondue style meal is fit for a small group - featuring two cured meats and fresh vegetables, perfect for dipping and spreading.

Brooklyn Cured Pork Salami with Belgian Ale and Lemon Zest

steamed potatoes (we used mini, multicolor potatoes)
radish, sliced
white mushroom, sliced
rustic bread, round loaf
fresh rosemary
Instructions

Create the cheesy bread bowl - Cut top off round bread loaf and remove the bread inside.

Cut Alpha Tolman into small cubes and put in the hollowed out bread loaf then bake in oven at 350F for 40 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Build the board - Place the cheesy bread loaf on the board and top with a generous spoonful of Savory Onion Confit.

Place jam jar or small jam bowl on board. Spoon jam into bowl, if needed.

Place jar of Seaweed Salt and jar of gherkins on board.

Arrange sliced radishes, mushrooms, bresaola, salami, whole peppers, tomatoes, and steamed potatoes on board.

Garnish board with rosemary, serve and Enjoy!
