Wow them with this simple yet sophisticated veggie platter featuring Savory Onion Confit with melted Jasper Hill Willoughby!
Serving Size: yields 1 bowl of dip
1 wheel of Jasper Hill Willoughby Cheese
1 plate of assorted veggies and chips (we used veggie chips, sweet peppers, carrots, radishes, cornichons and grilled cauliflower)
Blake Hill’s Savory Onion Confit
Preheat oven to 350 F
Prep desired veggies and chips
To grill cauliflower, cut into slices, cover in olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 7-10 minutes
To make dip, spoon desired amount of Blake Hill’s Savory Onion Confit in an oven safe bowl
Top confit with slices of Jasper Hill Willoughby
Heat until cheese has melted and promptly remove
Sprinkle fresh thyme on top, Enjoy!
