1 pint vegan vanilla ice cream
¼ cup of non-dairy milk
1 cup spinach leaves
Blake Hill Naked Chocolate Mint Spread
optional - vegan whipped topping
Instructions
1
Grab your favorite milkshake glass and with the back of a spoon line the inside of the top of the glass with Naked Chocolate Mint Spread. You want the chocolate spread to be somewhat syrupy to do this, so if you are grabbing it from the fridge, put it in the microwave for 30 seconds on half power. Coat your spoon in chocolate, then while holding the glass parallel long ways to the table line the inside top of the glass with chocolate, you might have to go back for chocolate a few times. Once you have the top of the glass lined with chocolate, set it on its bottom on the table, the chocolate should start to drip down making a fun design. If you don’t want the chocolate to drip too far, pop the glass in the freezer until you have made the milkshake.
2
Next make the milkshake! Add ice cream, milk (just enough to operate the blender), and spinach to the blender.
3
Blend until smooth.
4
If your glass is in the freezer, remove it. Add another spoonful of chocolate to the bottom of the glass if desired.
5
Pour shake into your chocolate lined glass, top with whipped cream, drizzle a bit more chocolate on top ~ and Enjoy!
