Caramelized Onion Beef Sliders
What makes our grilled burgers so juicy and flavorful? Savory Jam!
2 pounds ground beef
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
6 ounces Cabot cheddar
12 small buns
Blake Hill’s Caramelized Onion Savory Jam
Fire up the grill.
Place the ground beef in a large bowl and add the mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of Caramelized Onion Jam. Mix gently with a fork to combine. Shape the meat into 12 (2-inch) patties of equal size and thickness.
When the grill is heated, place the sliders on the grill and cook evenly for 5 minutes on each side at 450 F (cook times may vary based on grill temp and size of burgers). Just before cooking time is complete, place Cheddar on the top of each burger and close the grill lid.
Remove the sliders from grill and place bun halves on grill, inside down, to toast slightly.
Build your sliders by adding burgers to buns, top with a little extra jam and Enjoy!
