An incredible smokiness combined with a rich melty Gouda. With a crunch from ramps and potatoes, this is no ordinary pizza!
Serving Size: 12 inch pizza
1 pre-made pizza dough
1 large potato, thinly sliced into wheels
3 ounces wild ramps (or spring onions or leaks), chopped
Aged Gouda (we used Good Old Gouda by Cobb Hill)
Fresh mozzarella, sliced
Blake Hill’s Chipotle & Maple Spicy Chili Jam
Preheat oven to 450°F and hold at this temperature for 30 - 40 minutes. If a pizza stone is available, place on the middle rack and heat with the oven
Stretch the pizza dough to approximately 12” on a floured surface
Spread 3-4 Tbsp Blake Hill’s Chipotle & Maple Chili Jam on the dough
Lay potatoes over jam followed by slices of mozzarella and Gouda cheese
Sprinkle chopped ramps on top
Bake the pizza for 15-18 minutes on the middle rack, or stone, of your oven, then slice and Enjoy!
