Chipotle Maple Pizza with Wild Ramps & Gouda

An incredible smokiness combined with a rich melty Gouda. With a crunch from ramps and potatoes, this is no ordinary pizza!

Serving Size: 12 inch pizza

1 pre-made pizza dough

1 large potato, thinly sliced

3 ounces wild ramps (or spring onions or leeks), chopped

Aged Gouda

Fresh mozzarella, sliced

Blake Hill’s Chipotle & Maple Spicy Chili Jam

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F and hold at this temperature for 30 - 40 minutes.

On floured surface, stretch dough to 12 inches

Generously spread 3 - 4 Tbsp of Blake Hill's Chipotle & Maple Spicy Chili Jam over the dough

Lay potatoes over jam, then Gouda, mozzarella, and chopped ramps (spring onions or leeks) on top

Bake pizza on middle shelf for 12 minutes, then briefly remove from oven and dab 2 more Tbsp of Chipotle Maple Chili Jam on top

Return pizza to oven, bake an additional 3 - 5 minutes, then remove, slice ~ and Enjoy!

For an extra special spicy, crunch finish, dice Blake Hill's Candied Jalapenos and sprinkle on top of pizza with the ramps ~ So Good!
