Roasted Garlic Meatballs
These flavorful and moist meatballs are the perfect companion to pasta, on french bread with melted mozzarella, or broken atop a pizza!

2 pounds ground beef

2 eggs

1 cup Italian bread crumbs

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with foil.

Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

Portion out 2 ounces of the meat mixture, form it into a ball with your hands and place on the baking sheet. Repeat this process until all the mixture has been used.

Bake meatballs for 20 minutes or until the inside temperature reaches 165F.

Serve right away or store for later. Reheat by simmering in tomato sauce on the stove top and Enjoy!
