Fresh Tomato Cheese Board
Indulge in the quintessential combination of flavors with our Fresh Tomato Jam and Vermont made burrata served on a crispy baguette. For an extra touch of flavor, drizzle some balsamic vinegar over the burrata and garnish with fragrant basil. This beautiful and flavorful board is perfect for a party or a cozy night in.

Blake Hill’s Fresh Tomato Jam

burrata (we used Maplebrook’s burrata)

prosciutto (we used Del Duca)

pesto (we used Cucina & Amore)

baguette (we used Red Hen)

basil (we used Green Mountain Harvest)

balsamic vinegar - optional

cherry heirloom tomatoes - optional

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F. Slice baguette at an angle and arrange slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes flipping slices halfway through.

To build your board, first place burrata then jam jar and pesto on board.

Roll prosciutto slices and place on board.

Then place toasted baguette and cherry tomatoes on board.

Drizzle balsamic vinegar over burrata if desired then garnish with basil.
