Fresno & Thai Chili Asian Noodles
An incredible spicy noodle dish that can be created in under 20 minutes! Great for a weekly dinner dish and perfect for party buffets!
Serving Size: Serves 4-6
12 ounces linguine, fettuccine or soba noodles
6 Tbsp peanut butter
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup rice vinegar
3 Tbsp sesame oil
Sesame seeds (optional)
Chopped peanuts (optional)
Chopped scallions (optional)
Shredded carrots and cucumbers (optional)
Blake Hill’s Fresno & Thai Spicy Chili Jam
In a pot with boiling water and ¼ cup of salt , cook noodles until al-dente, strain and reserve.
Blend remaining ingredients with 2 Tbsp Blake Hill’s Fresno & Thai Chili Jam until smooth, approximately 1 minute.
Add cooked noodles and Fresno chili sauce to a large saute pan or wok, combine and cook until hot, stirring regularly.
Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish and garnish with sesame seeds, chopped peanuts and scallions, shredded carrots and cucumbers. Add an extra dollop of Fresno & Thai Chili Jam on top, serve and Enjoy!
