Roast Garlic Pizza with Mushrooms & Alpine Cheese

A magnificent umami spectacle that is finished with delicious, nutty alpine cheese.

Serving Size: 12 inch pizza

1 pre-made pizza dough

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 ½ cups mushrooms, sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

Alpine style cheese (we used Ascutney Mountain by Cobb Hill)

Fresh Mozzarella, sliced

2 tsp dried basil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F and hold at this temperature for 30 - 40 minutes. If a pizza stone is available, place on the middle rack and heat with the oven

Stretch the pizza dough to approximately 12” on a floured surface

In a sauté pan over high heat, drizzle olive oil and sauté mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste, remove from the heat and set aside

Spread 3 - 4 Tbsp Roasted Garlic Savory Jam on your dough

Place mushrooms on top of jam, followed by broccoli florets, sliced mozzarella and Alpine style cheese

Sprinkle basil over the pizza and bake it for 15-18 minutes on the middle rack, or stone, of your oven, then slice and Enjoy!
